Teardrops of Mylen

Several centuries after The Merge, all over Duna, teal blue emanations of light began appearing. They looked like teardrops of pure light, eight feet tall.
Some would appear right in front of someone as they walked and they would accidentally fall in.
Others would hear voices coming from the teardrops calling them in.
Others would touch them out of curiosity and find themselves pulled through.

The Church of Yourick were able to find that those pulled into the teardrops weren’t dying, but they couldn’t tell where they were going.
Some believe them to be sent to another world, folktales have sprung out of them, coming up with stories of what happens to those who enter, but the most popular name that emerged for the place that these teardrops supposedly lead to, is Mylen.
Most just came to ignore the teardrops. Others saw it as an escape. And others saw the unknown as an adventure.

For one reason or another, you have gone through one of the Teardrops of Mylen, you will now need to survive in Mylen, good luck and may the Gods watch over you.
