Yourick is the God of Knowledge and Science. His appearance is the most recent, only 359 years after the creation of the universe. The oldest vampires are even older than he is!

His mission in this universe is justified by the fact that conscious, intelligent races have begun to appear. Yourick is here to pass on the science to them.

As the youngest of the Gods, Yourick lacks a little self-confidence and is always trying to impress those around him. Although cunning and ambitious, Yourick is by nature shy and reserved. He is impatient and easily offended. But he's also very generous, especially when it comes to passing on his knowledge.

He's always been in love with the goddess Solweig, but doesn't dare confess his feelings for fear of being rejected. So he consoles himself by spending most of his time experimenting with a whole host of inventions. And when he develops an innovation, he breathes the idea into the ears of a sufficiently intelligent and attentive mortal.

His appearance is that of an old man to contrast with his youth, and above all to better conceal his power. It also gives him the satisfaction of maintaining the image of an experienced scholar.

He has a particular affinity for humans, the race that, like him, has appeared most recently. But they are also more adaptable to change, learn more efficiently and are capable of the best technical and scientific feats.
